JOB DETAILS

We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join a large HR and recruitment team on a temporary/contract basis starting ASAP.
This is a very important and busy role supporting the HR business Partners and recruitment team with all administration surrounding the on boarding process.

Main Duties:
·Working closely with external agencies
·Arranging interviews
·Managing recruitment campaigns
·Posting Adverts on the company website and Job boards
·Working closing with stake holders and applicants
·Presenting offers to the applicants
·Composing and sending out offers and contracts

Required Skills:
·Strong Attention to detail
·Previous experience working in a HR or recruitment position
·Excellent Verbal communication and written skills
·Confident in using new systems
·Previous experience of working in a fast- paced role.
