An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with a global organisation in Sussex. This opportunity will allow you to work with a fast paced business who are continuing to grow and lead within the market. The contract for this role is expected to run for 3 months from January - March 2019.

* Working closely with the Head of Reward to deliver and develop the reward priorities for the business * Providing insight and guidance on all aspects of employee reward, with a particular focus on compensation * Delivering and working heavily on the annual salary survey * Working with the talent team to establish a clear pay cycle for the business

* Enjoys working independently as well as part of a team * Is able to use their own initiative and make decisions * Is credible, professional and dynamic * Has experience of working with unions (desirable) * Has the ability to engage and influence other members of the team * Has experience of working within a global organisation
