A well established and award-winning pensions and employee benefits provider have an exciting opportunity for a Benefits Implementation Consultant to join their organisation.

As the Scheme Benefits Lead for the high profile clients, you will work as a member of the implementation practice to oversee all aspects of the implementation projects ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard within a controlled project environment.

The main duties of the role will include the following:
* Liaising with Implementation team members, Pension Management, Technical and clients to determine solutions and resolve queries
* Continually evolving standard letters and cases to ensure compliance and best practice
* Configuring Operational Setup on the pensions platform for day to day administration
* Overseeing tasks completed by other team members
* Be the benefits lead for high profile clients


The right candidate for this role will have a good understanding of a variety of pension scheme types Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution/ CARE/ Auto enrolment and ideally have Pensions systems implementation experience. You will also have an understanding of Pension scheme rules, experience of creating benefit basis, drafting calculation proforma and producing functional assessments for automation of calculations on the administration system. The role will also require strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to build good working relationships with clients, team members and business contacts.
