Our client, a globally recognised aviation company, is looking for a Spanish Speaking Accounts Payable Assistant.
Main duties of this roll will include: ·Matching purchase orders and invoices ·Checking and distributing invoices ·Reconciling vendor statements and investigating discrepancies ·Following up on overdue invoices, ensuring credit balances are resolved promptly ·Maintaining vendor records, making sure that they are up to date and accurate ·Other ad hoc duties as required
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast paced, challenging environment and have at least two years experience in Accounts Payable. All applicants will need to speak fluent Spanish.
