As Spend and Reporting Analyst working for this Global Blue Chip brand name you will own Spend analysis and Reporting across a diverse range of category spend areas.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Manage Monthly / Weekly Reporting Cycle and preparation of reports ensuring accuracy and visibility of progress against core KPS's * Manage relationship with Spend Analytics provider * Continually update the spend Analytics Tool to reflect the most current data * Lead spend reporting development in Power BI providing compliance and effectiveness to track progress of the procurement team against core KPI's * Proactively seek new opportunities to add value, by analysing technological trends and current procurement practices and challenging the status quo. * Establish a culture of Continuous improvement within Corporate Procurement Team * Manage the Outsourced Service Support resource to ensure compliance and identify areas of improvement
This role will suit a data analyst with a background in procurement, finance or business analysis. Knowledge of SAP Ariba, Pow BI, SAP would be great but advanced Excel is a must.
