A large employer in Reigate is looking for a temporary sales ledger candidate to join a busy finance team.
·Record payments on individual accounts in the systems
·Review outstanding balance report on a daily basis and communicate any ongoing issues
·Daily review of bank statements to identify bank transfers and allocate to the correct accounts
·Work towards daily sales invoicing targets.
·Deal with invoice queries in an effective and timely manner.
·Liaise with internal personnel via email and telephone
·Update CRM with all communications and invoices/results sent
·Deal with split amendment queries, raising credits/cancel invoices where necessary and re-invoice the customer.
·Create accounts for new customers following the company referencing requirements.
