Permanent Reward Manager - up to £65,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with one of Britain's largest charities as a Reward Manager. This opportunity will allow you to work within a not-for profit business which prides itself on putting its staff and customers first, ensuring that it is continuously improving and leading within the market. They are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual who is ready to step straight into the role and enjoys a challenge.

We are looking for someone with;

* Strong Project Management skills
* Reward or HR generalist experience
* The ability to self-manage and motivate
* Experience of managing benefit programs
* Strong relationship building skills
