We are working with a recognised financial services business who are looking for an HR Officer that specialises in ER to join the team on contractual or permanent basis.
The salary for this role will be from £20,000 to £30,000.
Key duties of the role will include: ·Resolving performance management issues ·Managing health and absence cases ·Processing OH referrals and manage long term sickness cases ·Provide guidance on internal issues and conflicts ·Advise on work/life balance issues and flexible working ·Managing change programs ·Advising managers on policies and best practice ·Conducting exit interviews and working with HRBP ·Answering HR related queries
The ideal candidate will be able to provide HR advice and guidance on a large number of issues and will have experience leading disciplinary and grievance cases. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential as well as the ability to work independently.
