I am currently supporting a medium sized public services company based in the Surrey area who are actively seeking a highly analytical and competent HR Systems & MI Specialist to join their HR team.
Duties of the role:
* Supporting the Executive Director of People and Communications * Oversee the monthly payroll reports and highlight any anomalies * Provision of statistics such as monthly headcount, annual appraisal, employee engagement surveys * Be involved in future implementation phases of HR system
* Advanced skills with excel such as pivot tables * Able to convert data into clear presentations * Be highly analytical able to spot correlations
An ideal candidate will have previous proven experience working with senior stakeholders within a medium sized company in an HRIS type role who is able to work on own initiative.
