My Client, a charity, based in Surrey are actively looking for an HR Business Partner to join their team. In this role you will be working with a company who have fantastic values at their core working with people around the country.
Duties of the Role: ·Able to build powerful relationships with managers and regional managers able to provide advice on all related ER issues ·Assist in the recruitment and selection of future employees as well as managing the succession planning ·Involvement in the analysis of data for benchmarking purposes ·Support the managers with learning and development, as well as providing advice around disciplinaries, grievance, absence etc.
Ideal background ·Previous experience within the care industry would be beneficial ·Experience in working in generalist HR roles ·CIPD qualified would be advantageous
