A globally renowned leisure organisation are recruiting an HR Manager or experienced HR Advisor to join their vibrant team on a permanent basis.
This role is a varied assignment and key responsibilities include managing employee relations and payroll processes for the business. You will also manage on boarding and exit interviews, starter and leaver records, participate in weekly HR Manager meetings, minute taking in disciplinaries and acting as a super user for the HR system.
The successful applicant for this role must have established skilled as an HR Advisor with a focus on employee relations and payroll. Indirect management or management of a small team would be desirable, but is not essential. The successful applicant must be efficient, pragmatic and a team player that enjoys working as part of friendly and hands on team.
