Assessment & Selection Lead


Alexander Lloyd is currently seeking a senior Talent professional with significant experience of leading and developing the assessment and selection process within large forward thinking organisations. This role will be based across Surrey and London, working for a global financial services business.

Key responsibilities include:

* Identifying new technologies as part of the recruitment process to ensure the experience reflects the companies values and behaviours
* Psychometric profiling and associated candidate insights for key hires
* Acting as a consultative thought leader and partner to HR and senior stakeholders, leading development, brainstorming solutions and creating action plans
* Developing ways to track and measure the level of success, including improvements in quality of hire
* Improving a levelled competency assessment framework across all business units with supportive assessment solutions that are consistent and fit for purpose
* Developing Recruiter and Hiring Manager interview tools and competency training

Key Skills Required:

* Proven ability implementing change within an organisation, ensuring understanding, participation, and ownership
* Knowledge of assessment practices including interviews, online assessments and assessment exercises at all levels and hire types
* Experience of defining project objectives and scope
