JOB DETAILS

A leading retail organisation are seeking an immediately available interim HR Business Partner to partner heads of department and line managers to develop the capability of their people. Also provide generalist HR support with a focus on talent management, employee engagement, resourcing and relations in line with the HR strategy.

The successful candidate will be confident to pick up and support with business partnering support including supporting Performance Improvement meetings, disciplinary hearings, appeals & interviews. They will need to be resourceful and able to respond to first line queries - a good sense of humour is a must

You will have depth of HR experience with a strong track record in generalist HR and have the ability to build effective interpersonal relationships. Having Credibility to influence and coach a variety of stakeholders at all levels of the business and successfully demonstrate leadership skills.
