We are working on behalf of a leading Insurance Broker providing Insurance, Risk Management and related services to businesses and private clients.
* Deputy to Director of HR & Compliance assisting in smooth running of compliance operation over three offices (travel once per month to the other Surrey office, and bi-monthly to London). * Handling of technical / problematic queries / issues in conjunction with Senior management
* Solid technical compliance background in General insurance compliance / regulation in a broad, generalist role. * Likely to have circa minimum 3-5 years' experience * Ability to progress to Director of Compliance & HR (no previous HR experience required) in the future.
