Head of Talent
Alexander Lloyd has engaged exclusively with this successful organisation based in Surrey to identify a Head of Talent on a permanent basis.
This role offers a senior leadership opportunity with responsibility for both Talent Development and Talent Attraction agendas across an organisation of up to 1000 UK employees.
Successful applicants will have:
Ideally UK and some international Talent exposure. A strong track record in Learning and Development and Talent Acquisition with previous experience as a Head of in one of those areas is essential.
Significant senior HR experience, able to operate at a strategic level with senior stakeholders and executive board members.
Experience of overseeing regulatory frameworks and developmental, behavioural and operational learning solutions is important, as is leadership capability and strategic thinking and delivery.
Experience of designing and delivering Diversity and Inclusion strategies is also highly desirable.

The role offers flexible working, but a regular presence in Surrey will be required post-pandemic.
