Alexander Lloyd are collaborating exclusively with this medium-sized (800 FTE) global organisation to attract a highly motivated and delivery-focused Learning and Development professional who will act as an individual contributor and lead on the delivery of the organisational Talent Development strategy.

The organisation are growing at pace, and a highly commercial Learning and Development professional who can deliver timely Talent projects whilst supporting the onboarding of new hires, enhancing people capabilities, improving performance management processes and developing talent development frameworks and processes is being sourced to deliver a broad range of Talent initiatives on a permanent basis.

This is a very broad role, so experience across all areas of Talent and Learning and Development is key, including onboarding, leadership development, employee engagement, digital and blended learning solutions, competency framework-based development, agile learning and performance management methodologies, career and succession planning. All of the former will require strong proof and ROI, and will have a genuine business requirement and output.

Successful candidates will be experienced Learning and Development / Talent professionals with strong impact and excellent influencing skills. This role will suit a determined, ambitious individual with career aspirations and the ability to deliver quickly and to the highest quality. Experience of working in a fast-paced, change-orientated environment would be useful, as would experience gained in working with a highly intelligent workforce.

You will have managed teams previously,and recognise that a highly skilled workforce drives employee engagement, performance and retention. It is essential that you have successfully implemented emerging talent strategies and onboarding programmes.
