An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join a well established Pension and Investment firm based in Surrey. This is a newly created position for a Client Services Manager to work closely with the Pension Consultants ensuring a first class service is offered to the firms clients.
The main purpose of the role will be to set client expectations realistically and competitively and pro-actively manage and oversee all operational aspects of the client relationship. You will also act as single point of contact for any issue or matter arising and work with clients to build a tailored service package.
The right candidate will have previous client facing experience from a pension or Investment background and have excellent communication and client service skills.
