Alexander Lloyd are partnered with a Global Financial Services Organisation that have an opening for an experienced Pensions Process Trainer to join a permanent basis.
You must have a strong background in Pensions Administration, from either a Senior Admin or Team Leader role would be ideal.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing support for technical queries from the team.
* Provide training on technical concepts and processes to the team.
* Removing blockers to enable team members to process their work efficiently and providing consultancy on complex or escalated cases.
* Identify risks and issues.
* Training staff & Independent Quality assessments.
