The main focus of the role will be to manage a team of Pensions Administrators and Senior Administrators taking responsibility for ensuring the team hit their rolling KPI's and targets, managing the work load and providing the relevant training and guidance required within the team. In addition to this you will act as a technical point of reference for queries relating to Defined Benefits, Defined Contribution and Hybrid Pension schemes and work closely with the Client Managers to ensure client satisfaction.
