JOB DETAILS

A large, award wining In House Pensions firm who are currently going through a strong period of growth and expansion are currently looking for a new Pensions Operations Manager to join their Surrey based team on a permanent basis.

As the new Pensions Operations Manager you will be working closely with the Head of Pensions and Benefits in the overall management of the large and varied Pension schemes they have in place, both in house and from a third party point of view. You will be heavily involved in the planning and strategy formed by the Trustees so will need to be in regular contact with them. In addition to this you'll be the main point of contact and responsible for dealing with complex enquiries from members and clients, take the lead on developing and implementing new systems to improve internal processes and support on going auto enrolment systems including communication and system changes.

To be successful in this position, you will ideally be coming from an In House background and have experience managing the overall service delivery of both DB and DC schemes as well as being heavily involved in auto enrolment. You will need to be able to demonstrate capability of dealing with complex member enquiries with strong numerical skills. You will need to be confident in leading meetings and presentations with the trustees and senior level employees and It will be a huge advantage if you are APMI qualified, although not essential.
