Our Client are an established brand going through an exciting period of transformation and change. They are looking to attract a Procurement Lead to their Head Office team.
Reporting to the Procurement Director you will lead indirect spend across CAPEX, MRO, Engineering and FM (Hard & Soft). With a team of two your role will cover:
* Direct responsibility for all CAPEX, Engineering, MRO, Facilities Management (Hard & Soft) across the UK group * Key driver in change implementation including policy and process development * Liaising closely with technical stakeholders including R&D teams to secure value and advantage for the business and key suppliers * Identify cost savings as well as introducing company wide best practice. * Embed procurement as a key business partner to stakeholders * Contribute to vision and strategy * Steer procurement strategy and set roadmap for future growth * Manage a small team
This role will suit a procurement professional with strengths in one or all of the following categories (CAPEX, MRO, FM). You will be used to working in a fast paced manufacturing environment and be used to organisations going through change.
This role is paying a competitive base salary up to £74k plus car allowance. This is a unique chance to drive change and shape growth in an established successful business.
