As a Head Office Recruiter your role will cover the end to end recruitment lifecycle within a very successful recruitment team. This includes advertising, pre-selection, meeting with managers for briefings, arranging and conducting competency based interviews. You will be working with key stakeholders to build a proactive talent sourcing strategy and provide input and ownership on recruitment projects and 2017-2018 strategy.

This is a position for someone who can not only fill roles in a timely manner and with the right people, but who can also work in partnership with the rest of the business to proactively attract the best talent on the market. You should have a proven track record of implementing a positive change within a talent team with the ability to work at a fast pace and have excellent prioritisation and communication skills.
