Alexander Lloyd has partnered with an established and growing engineering technology company in order to source an experienced and confident Resourcing Business Partner.

This opportunity is based in the Dorking/Leatherhead area, offering up to £45,000 per annum excellent company benefits.

The post holder will own permanent and temporary recruitment across the business.

Responsibilities include:

·Responsibility for ensuring that managers are trained and developed in recruiting the best in class candidates in line with best practice and legislation
·Establishing a recruitment plan which is regularly reported back and shared to ensure Human Resources and wider company are on track to deliver strategic intent.
·Coaching the organisation to help leadership and management to learn, develop, grow and solve real business problems.
·Leading relevant HR projects both within allocated business area and also across the company as a whole.
·Working in partnership with allocated business area, working with shared services available to deliver business as usual activity

This is a key role within the Human Resources function and visibility and availability is vital.

·Key qualifications and experience:
·Chartered Member of the CIPD (MCIPD) is highly desirable
·Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
·Coaching qualification desirable
·Recruitment experience, ideally of recruiting temporary/contingent labour
·Experience of working within a HR function in a small to medium sized business
