Alexander Lloyd have a reputable and effective training programme which will give you the opportunity to become an expert within recruitment and the sector you will be focusing on. After being trained in all aspects of recruitment you will then be ready to take on the role of a Recruitment Consultant;
* Qualifying and shortlisting suitable candidates through interview processes. * Identifying and headhunting suitable candidates for our clients requirements. * Develop new business opportunities using your leads. * Generating leads and market knowledge.

* Determined, hardworking dedicated individuals - Recruitment is not a 9-5 job, you need to have the dedication to build a successful desk. * Motivated - recruitment it a high energy, fast paced job. * Driven - you need to want to progress, recruitment can offer progression a lot quicker than most roles.
* Great organisational skills * Excellent Client/Candidate relationship building skills * Some sales experience would be beneficial * Strong telephone manner
