If you can, and you have the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, then this is the perfect next step for you; working with a highly-reputable, engaging, continually-growing Financial Planning business.
Specifically, within this role, you will be:
* Design and delivery of training programs in areas such as product knowledge, sales skills and company procedures.
* Developmental and remedial coaching of Financial Advisors to ensure performance improvement and excellence.
* Reporting to the Head of Compliance, concerning the application of field-based Compliance, T&C requirements, compliance adherence and Partner development
