My client, a market leading Energy provider, are seeking a Pensions Administrator to join their expanding Pensions team. This is a fantastic opening for an experienced Pensions Administrator, and can offer both progression and reward.

Receive, and input requests for work on to the Pensions Administration database.
- Process the work requests in accordance with prescribed procedures and timescales
- Input data from letters, emails and telephone conversations onto the pensions administration database.
- Check standard written correspondence and produce non-standard freeformat written correspondence
- Respond and take ownership for standard and complex customer queries.
- Check pre-calculated quotations from the system for distribution to members.
- Perform Manual Calculations and produce quotations for distribution to members.
- Update the Pensions Administration database as required
- Arrange for the settlement of Benefits in accordance with prescribed procedures and timescales
- Manage and prioritise own workload
- Undertake periodic projects as required

The ideal candidate for this role must have experience of working in a Pensions Administration role and ideally have experience of working on DB schemes. Furthermore, applicants will show the ability to work on their own accord and as part of a team and a desirable skill will be the ability to process Manual Calculations.

Salary of up to £25k
