Do you have technical expertise and a background in reporting on the governance of Defined Contribution/Money Purchase Pension schemes? Within this role, you will manage a team of 4 Consultants, who are responsible for supporting clients and advising them on issues relating to scheme governance and the administration of DC Pension schemes; inc. presenting reports and presentations relating to legislative requirements and changes, and subsequent solutions to this, as well as ways in which current administrative processes can be improved! Alongside this, regular reporting on scheme changes and presenting these reports to client directly - who happen to be some of the highest profile clients that this firm works with - will also be a regular part of this role!

To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have experience of administering and/or advising clients on the efficient management and administration of large Defined Contribution schemes. You should be well organised, with a success-drive personality and ability to build long lasting, successful relationships with colleagues and customers. Good communication skills are also important to this position, as is team management experience and the CF1 qualification.
