If you can, then this is the perfect next step for you; working with a highly-reputable, engaging, Financial Planning business, who (due to a period of sustained growth) are looking for someone to oversee their London-to-Birmingham region.
This is a homebased role, but will require occasional travel and overnight stays.
Specifically, within this role, you will be:
* Responsibility for conducting risk based competence assessments with business development and advisory staff in your region
* Identifying and resolving issues highlighted from monitoring activities, and providing feedback to all areas to support performance improvement.
* Assist in complaints, advice and all risk areas of the business; inc. carrying out investigations and providing coaching and feedback on cases.
