We are looking to speak to immediately available experienced Accounts Payable Assistants to join a growing organisation on the outskirts of Brighton on a part time basis.
Duties and responsibilities will include: ·High volume invoice processing ·VAT returns ·Bank reconciliation ·Resolving discrepancies and ensuring workload is accurate and up to date ·Assisting with the PO process system ·Raising BACS & CHAPS
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a high volume Accounts Payable department and have a good understanding of the end-to-end process.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with an excellent hourly rate for a minimum of 8 - 10 weeks worth of work with the opportunity to go perm.
