A talented Compensation Manager with international experience would be an excellent addition to a global business in Sussex. This role will be managing a small team of exceptional reward professionals with responsibility for Compensation in both the UK & Europe with some international travel involved. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and maintain the compensation function for the business, conducting salary surveys, managing budgets, bonus's, stock options & establishing salary structures.

This role offers the chance for a talented professional to develop and maintain a compensation function within a fast paced, commercial business in a role that provides a high level of autonomy, and the opportunity to manager a vibrant team. You will assess competitive market trends and be responsible for managing stock options as well as heading up the annual salary review, bonus structures and ad hoc duties.

This position involves a level of international travel on a monthly basis where you will gain exposure to the wider business so flexibility is essential.
- A background in compensation and benefits is essential as well as a hands on, professional attitude with meticulous attention to detail and a patient approach.
- The successful applicant will be a commercial, focussed individual with gravitas that can present information and build relationships with senior leaders.
