Alexander Lloyd are pleased to be working with a growing aviation organisation based at their offices at Gatwick who are actively seeking an HR Administrator on a 12 month FTC to join their team.

You will be supporting and working with the HR function to provide an effective HR administration service to all aspects of the business. Travel may be required on a ad hoc basis.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

* Support the HRBP on the Inputting of all HR data including holiday, payroll and sickness as well as collecting and producing of reports.
* Support of full recruitment cycle from writing of job descriptions to arranging and attending interviews.
* Working closely with other team members across the business to ensure HR policy and process are implemented.
* Assist with the monthly payroll process including the production of monthly payroll spreadsheets.
* Responsible for all new on-boarding processes including all paperwork is returned for new starters.
* General support of the HR Business Partners to ensure all Ad hoc duties are covered.


* CIPD level 3 qualified or working towards.
* Previous experience/knowledge of working within an aviation industry.
* Ability to work with a fast paced HR department.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient user of Microsoft Suite.
* Strong attention to detail.
