Interim HRIS Analyst (Workday Implementation)

JOB DETAILS

A renowned global business are seeking an HR systems specialist to support a global rollout of their new Workday system, an exciting project that is due to launch in the next few months. This is an exciting time for the business and will be an interesting project for an exceptional candidate with extensive skills and experience working with HRIS systems. The 2 year duration of this role will enable to successful individual to continue with the development and maintenance of the HR system after the launch.

Key accountabilities:
- To assist with the implementation of a new HR system - Workday.
- Development, implementation and maintenance of human resource information systems (HRIS) globally.
- Maintain internal database files and tables and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of Human Resource management and staff
- Works with Human Resources personnel to evaluate HRIS software and hardware needs.
- Compilation of statistics as and when required
- Provide Technical Support and training (including installation and first level user training) to HR Database system users, both remote and local.
- To carry out monthly payroll with the support of the HR team (previous experience not required).
- Manage LMS and authorisation matrix, updating share points on the HR side and also data cleansing.

Skills required:
- Extensive experience using HRIS systems and assisting with the implementation process of the Workday HR system (Workday is desirable, but not essential).
- Occasional travel to other international locations will be required on an ad hoc basis across Europe.
- Degree or relevant HR systems experience is advantageous.
- Experience using SQL, Hyperion & MS access is also advantageous.
