I am seeking an immediately available ER Change Specialist for a crawley based organisation.
Reporting into the Senior ER Manager , you'll be part of a small, highly skilled team providing a professional and efficient services. This role will work very closely with our HR Business Partnering team to ensure that change projects are supported and delivered on time, in line with commercial requirements whilst ensuring the impacted employees are treated with dignity and respect and in a legally compliant way

Day to day Provide support and guidance on a number of business change projects which may involve redundancy, restructure or TUPE projects Depending on the scale and complexity of the change project, you'll either run this day to day with minimal supervision or work closely with the assigned HR Business Partner to assist the successful delivery of the project with planning, drafting letters and announcement presentations, attending announcement, consultation and notice meetings.

Length - 4/5 Months

Salary - £38,000 - £42,000
