Facilities Manager



As Facilities Manager you will lead on facilities maintenance and compliance requirements across UK sites.



Responsibilities will include:



Controlling day-to-day management of both sub-Contractor services and facilities contracts.

HS&E delivery across all UK facilities

Lead compliance to all UK building and facilities management legislation.

Ensure that all UK legislation, policies and standards are adhered to.

Responsible for all soft and hard facilities services

Manage compliance with all local, National and EU environmental health and safety regulations

Manage security systems

Proactively lead reviews in the performance of all sub-contractor supply services.



Suitable candidates will:



Ideally have experience leading facilities management within an engineering environment.

Must have experience defining a Scope of Work (SOW), defining HS&E requirements

High degree of H&S knowledge ideally NEBOSH

Experience managing £1MIL budgets and £2MIL Capital spends

Must be comfortable in a matrix structured environment with changing priorities
