An opportunity has arisen within growing business for an experienced AP/AR Supervisor to manage a small ledger team based in sunny Worthing.
The main responsibilities for the Finance Supervisor will include: ·Manage a small team of Finance Assistants, conducting; appraisals, 1 to 1's and performance reviews ·Take ownership for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable ledgers and bank accounts ·Improve processes within the team to ensure that targets are met ·Intercompany postings and management of AP and AR intercompany ledgers ·Analyse and report all FX exchange differences ·Management of standardised payment runs ·Supporting and covering management accounts when absent ·Controlling outstanding debtor ledger balances
