We have witnessed growth in the Procurement market over the last 3 years, and as a result, are looking to expand and develop our existing Procurement practice. With Damien at the helm, I’m certain we will realise the opportunity to further improve our offering to the market, and build on our excellent reputation. ”
Damien Barnett said: “I am incredibly excited and humbled to be given this opportunity with the backing of our Alexander Lloyd Directors and the wider business. Our Procurement division is proving to be one of the fastest-growing divisions which comes as no surprise to me. They work with some of the world’s most exciting brands through to niche boutiques making it an incredibly exciting sector to be a part of. Hiring trends within this space, show no slow down. The market is heavily investing within; Marketing, HR and Facilities Management which is inadvertently driving top talent and expert procurement specialists demand upwards.
What attracted me most to the role, is to be able to truly build a consultative Procurement Partner team to our clients that cannot be matched by our competitors. I want our customer journey experience to be second to non-driven by market experts within the division.”
