About the role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Pensions Service Delivery Manager to take the lead on delivering exceptional pension administration services to a portfolio of high-profile clients. This Senior role is a key to managing operational teams, nurturing client relationships and driving continuous improvement across Defined Benefits, Defined Contributions, CARE, and hybrid Schemes. As a Pensions Service Delivery Manager, you’ll mentor managers, enhance processes, deliver key projects, and ensure service excellence – all while championing client satisfaction and commercial outcomes.
Our client operates a flexible hybrid working arrangement, however, is open to consider flexible office attendance for the right candidate.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the Operations Manager to deliver high-quality pension services.
- Leading and mentoring Administration Manager to optimise team performance.
- Balancing quality, profitability, and long-term sustainability in service delivery.
- Driving recruitment, resource planning, and HR matters.
- Managing client relationships and overseeing complex scheme projects.
- Delivering strategic change initiatives and operational improvements.
- Contributing to company-wide innovation and system enhancements.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven leadership in pensions administration (DB, DC, CARE, Hybrid schemes).
- Strong technical pensions knowledge and project delivery experience.
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
