Our business has been supporting clients for over 20 years, as we have moved with the recruitment industry from what was a transactional service historically, to an exciting collaborative partnership with organisations. The foundations of our business is built on our staff. Some former colleagues have actually been some of our key clients over the years and we take this to be a positive testament to our philosophy and behaviours.
In everything we do, our ethics and morals remain grounded and true to how we will work with organisations. Anything less would be inexcusable and that’s why we believe some of our relationships have lasted as long as our business has been in existence.
Our Human Resources division is recognised as one of the leading market specialists in Human Resources recruitment and talent acquisition.
Our Accountancy & Finance division boasts over 60 years of combined recruitment experience, working with a wide range of businesses from large corporate to SME’s.
We utilise various techniques including extensive new media research, career tracking and networking, as well as executive search and referral schemes.
Alexander Lloyd structures its business to promote tenure from staff in order to deliver a constant relationship with our clients as we can appreciate how frustrating it can be when a relationship breaks down continuously. This harms the recruitment process, the understanding of the business reduces and an error in hiring capacity increases due to the lack of knowledge. Our retention rate is strong, with 75% of our staff having over 5 years’ service, and some up to 15 years.
Each key account is appointed an Account Manager. Someone who will field all questions whether it concerns compliance, advice, market analysis etc. We will then have an appointed Resourcing Team, who are a dedicated resource to Account Managers or Business Development Managers driving candidate quality, relationships and service levels. Our Resourcers/Researchers have a structured career path ahead of them to progress and build their experience too.
