I have worked within the Recruitment industry for twenty six years. I specialise in consultant attraction, training, coaching and developing talent.

I am willing to be involved on a one to one basis with a Recruitment Consultant if that makes someone successful. Our model works, and our staff retention is impressive as many of our team members have worked with Alexander Lloyd for up to 18 years! Not only does this mean happy consultants, but happy clients too, who receive great continuity of service.
