I’ve walked the path my candidates are on. Before moving into recruitment, I became ACCA-qualified and spent over 11 years working in finance, so I understand first-hand what a career in finance is like, not just what it looks like on paper.

That background means I am knowledgeable of the technical sides of roles and understand what “good” really looks like in a finance function, meaning I can spot the right fit far beyond just matching a CV to a job spec.

I now specialise in senior-level Finance & Accountancy appointments across the London and Surrey markets, working closely with both businesses and candidates.

For employers, that means finding leaders who will genuinely add value and fit the culture, not just tick boxes on a spec.

For candidates, it means honest, informed conversations about what a role really involves – and support finding a move that’s the right step for their career, not just the next one available.
