Are you an experienced Pension professional looking for a new role which concentrates on process improvement, ensuring efficient processes and processes with an eye for detail and good communication skills? Then this could be the role for you!

The Role

A small yet well-established Pensions and Actuarial firm with a range of UK offices are seeking a Pension professional to work specifically as a Process and Control Analyst to play a key role in supporting the pensions administration teams. This national role is ideal for someone with pensions administration experience who enjoys improving processes, shaping best practice, and supporting colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting and updating procedures, checklists, and templates in line with legislation and best practice
  • Creating communications to support admin-wide process changes
  • Compiling audit and performance reports for senior staff
  • Supporting the delivery of webinars and training content
  • Assisting with process improvements, metrics, and supplier integration
  • Staying up to date with pensions legislation and administration guidance
  • Providing support to the Implementation Manager when required

About You

  • Strong knowledge of Defined Benefit pensions; some knowledge of Defined Contribution schemes desirable
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A logical, problem-solving mindset with the ability to consider multiple perspectives
  • Proactive about learning and continuous development
