HR Manager – Supporting Capital Markets (Hybrid, London)
Permanent | £75,000 – £90,000 + bonus + benefits

We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to support a busy Capital Markets team within a global professional services environment. This is a strategic and hands-on permanent role, reporting to the Head of HR, where you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to shape the people agenda and deliver on key priorities.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with senior leaders to design and deliver a people strategy aligned to business goals
  • Drive talent management, succession planning and career development initiatives
  • Lead on performance management, promotions and reward processes
  • Champion diversity, equity and inclusion across the practice, ensuring fair work allocation and progression
  • Oversee headcount planning, recruitment activity and mobility
  • Coach and influence partners on people leadership, engagement and communication
  • Act as a trusted advisor on ER issues and provide challenge and objectivity where needed
  • Collaborate with international HR colleagues to deliver joined-up global people solutions

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong HR business partnering experience in a complex, matrix or global environment
  • Proven expertise across talent, engagement, performance management and ER
  • Commercial awareness and data-driven decision-making capability
  • Excellent influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders
  • Strong communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • Adaptable, empathetic and solutions-focused mindset

The offer:

  • £75,000 – £90,000 base salary
