We are working with a leading international employee benefits consultancy, with offices across the UK and worldwide, to support their search for a Client Service Specialist to join their healthcare administration team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for client queries.

• Provide full support to consultants with the administration of Private Medical Insurance (PMI) schemes.

• Liaise with insurers to obtain quotes and reports for consultants to present to clients.

Essential Skills & Attributes:

• A proactive, can-do attitude.

• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Willingness to learn – full training will be provided, and the team has a strong track record of successfully developing people into the role.
