Senior Pension Analyst

Are you an experienced pensions professional with a passion for precision and problem-solving? As a Senior Pensions Data Analyst you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and quality for pension data and scheme events.

What you’ll be doing

As a Senior Pensions Data Analyst, you’ll take ownership of complex data tasks, supporting scheme events and projects from start to finish. Main responsibilities will include

• Deliver accurate data extraction, analysis, cleansing, and processing.
• Lead on scheme events and projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to build strong working relationships.
• Enhance systems and processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and company quality standards.

What we’re looking for

You’re a data-driven professional who thrives on detail and enjoys using your technical skills to solve complex problems. You’ll bring:

• Experience with DB and/or DC pension schemes.
• Strong knowledge of pension calculations, data analysis, and administration systems.
• Good Excel skills
• A methodical approach with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience contributing to projects and data migrations.
