DC Pensions Consulting Director

This is an outstanding opportunity for a strong and experienced DC Pensions professional to join an industry leading Pensions Consultancy in a senior capacity and work with a range of high profile clients and deliver strategic advice.

The role

You will lead a portfolio of large and mid-sized clients, acting as a trusted adviser on all aspects of DC pensions and workplace savings. Responsibilities include:

• Advising on DC scheme design, investment strategy, governance, communications, retirement support, provider selection and auto-enrolment compliance
• Leading and attending client meetings and reviewing high-quality advice prepared by colleagues
• Supporting business development through new client prospecting and expansion of existing relationships
• Representing the DC consulting practice at industry events and internal forums
• Mentoring, developing and supporting colleagues within the team

About you

You will bring strong UK DC Pensions consulting experience and the confidence to operate at director level. You are likely to have:

• Extensive contract & trust based DC consulting experience
• A strong track record advising on the full DC lifecycle (design, investment, governance, communications and compliance)
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. PMI, CII, IMC) and/or certification under SMCR
• Excellent client relationship, communication and project management skills
• A commercial mindset with enthusiasm for growing client relationships and new business
