Alexander Lloyd are seeking an experienced change leader to lead the delivery of systematic and non-systematic change across the Member Services function. This role is accountable for ensuring that all change initiatives-including projects, releases, and major service support activities-are strategically aligned, well governed, and deliver measurable value for members and the organisation.
The successful candidate will ensure change is delivered in a way that is operationally robust, financially responsible, and consistently member-first in its outcomes.

Key responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of systematic and non-systematic change, alongside major service support and cyclical activities, across the Member Services function.
- Translate strategic objectives into clear, prioritised change delivery plans that optimise outcomes and resource utilisation.
- Design and implement effective governance frameworks to support benefit realisation, strategic alignment, and proactive risk management.
- Provide leadership and direction to delivery managers, release managers, and project managers, ensuring alignment to strategy and optimal allocation of resources.
- Design and embed effective change management frameworks, including delivery models and communication approaches, to support successful adoption of change.
- Develop, track, and report on KPIs and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of change initiatives.
- Deliver robust financial reporting, governing costs to ensure budget alignment and informed decision-making.
- Ensure all change, project, and release activities adhere to cost and income management principles.
Skills, experience and knowledge
- Strong experience delivering pension administration change, including cyclical activities and associated system platforms.
- Proven experience working with offshore delivery partners.
- Demonstrable track record of managing complex change programmes and leading teams of change professionals.
- Experience delivering major transformation programmes, ideally within pension administration or a similarly regulated environment.
- Expertise in designing and embedding change delivery models and frameworks.
- Strong people change and change management capability, with a focus on driving adoption and sustainable outcomes.
