Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are partnered with a longstanding client in the employee benefits field that work with organisations of all sizes, helping them support their people through employee benefits and well-being services, including health, protection, retirement, flexible benefits and international cover.

This role sits within their Corporate Consulting division, specifically healthcare due to successfully winning new business they are looking to expand the team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of established corporate clients
• Oversee the renewal cycle for the healthcare benefits including: medical insurance, healthcare trusts, dental, cash plans, screening and associate health & well-being benefits
• Proactively identify opportunities for new business via cross-selling throughout the wider business

Essential Criteria:

• Must have prior employee benefits experience, consulting or supporting in healthcare
• Ability to manage a book of clients and develop their relationships
• Having corporate experience is desirable but not essential

This role can be fully remote with the expectation of attending client and team meetings, where necessary.
