Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are supporting a well-known employee benefits consultancy specifically within their DC Pensions team to recruit for an experienced Senior DC Pension Consultant. You will be developing relationships with the highest levels of HR and ensuring high levels of delivery of their pension offering.

This role can be fully remote with the expectation of attending client meetings and attending the London office for team days!

Role & Responsibilities:

• Maintain a portfolio of clients with a value of £300k – £320k
• Create and identify opportunities to grow your accounts
• Support with new business proposals with the new business team

Essential Criteria:

• Strong DC pension consulting experience
• Ability to build and develop client relationships
• Have a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently and as a team
