Business Development Manager
Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are supporting one of our established clients to search for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their corporate consulting team.
Role & Responsibilities:
Essential Criteria:
Proven experience in business development or sales within insurance, employee benefits, or professional services
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or HubSpot) with a data-driven approach to sales tracking
