We are currently recruiting for an experienced Pensions Consultant to join our specialist team. Based in one of our Peterborough, Basingstoke, London or Tonbridge offices, you will deliver consultancy, secretarial, project and technical services to a portfolio of clients, while also supporting internal teams and firm-wide initiatives.

The Role

As a Pensions Consultant, you will:

  • Provide consultancy, secretariat and governance services to a portfolio of clients, building strong and trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Organise Trustee and ad-hoc client meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting packs, drafting and presenting reports, taking minutes, and tracking agreed actions.
  • Maintain and update key scheme governance documentation and policies.
  • Support Trustee Boards in meeting Effective System of Governance requirements and maintain the Client Hub service.
  • Manage and support a range of projects for clients and internal teams, ensuring delivery to agreed deadlines and maintaining project plans.

About You

You will bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience delivering pension scheme client services.
  • Strong working knowledge of day-to-day pension scheme management, with evidence of continued professional development.
  • Experience in a client-facing relationship management and/or secretarial role.
  • Strong knowledge of pension scheme governance requirements.
